Black Belt Access Subscription

Our premium subscription service ("Black Belt Access") provides:

• Unlimited access to all training videos
• Unlimited combos, systems, and gameplans
• Advanced visual builders
• Download and export features
• Exclusive badges and benefits

Billing Terms

• Subscription fee: $20.00 per month, billed monthly
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Failed payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued failure may result in suspension of access

One-Time Video Purchases

• Individual videos may be purchased for perpetual access
• Purchased videos remain accessible even if you cancel your subscription
• All sales are final (see Refund Policy below)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period
• Auto-renewal will be disabled
• You can re-subscribe at any time

Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
• Video purchases: All sales are final. No refunds after purchase completion.
• Technical issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access, contact support for assistance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account: Accounts are for individual use only. Do not share login credentials
• Download or distribute content: Do not record, download, or redistribute training videos without permission
• Reverse engineer: Do not attempt to access source code or reverse engineer the platform
• Circumvent restrictions: Do not bypass paywalls, access controls, or usage limits
• Use automated tools: Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service
• Upload malicious content: Do not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass others: Do not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
• Impersonate others: Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity
• Violate laws: Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose

Consequences of Violation

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Permanent account termination

• No refund of subscription fees

is owned by BJJ Combos or our content providers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on BJJ Combos (combos, systems, gameplans, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store and display your content as part of the Service
• Make your content available to other users if you choose to share it publicly
• Use anonymized data for analytics and improvement

You can delete your content at any time through your account settings.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the United States.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which BJJ Combos is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
